  • Receive your neon in 10-13 days.

Fully tracked and signed service


Once your sign is in transit, our team will send you the tracking number so you can track the delivery.

Depending on your country, customs charges may apply.

All our shipments are insured for transport. If there is a problem, they will be replaced free of charge.

We use an external transport service. Occasionally delays beyond our control may occur. We cannot guarantee lead times.

Returns/cancellation

For fully custom pieces, unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations or returns after payment due to a change of mind, as all pieces are unique and made to order. All sales are final once placed on the site. If your part is faulty or has an error, we can of course accept a return or replacement for you.

In the very unlikely event that your part arrives broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of delivery with tracking to let us know by email at contact@neon-supernova.com. and we will deliver a replacement product to you free of charge.

We offer a 12 month warranty on all parts, so if your part breaks or stops working in any way during this time, let us know and we'll replace it for free! :)

Please note that we do not provide prepaid return postage, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
